The following message is transmitted at the request of the Montana department of justice.

A missing endangered person advisory has been issued by Montana authorities for help in finding Timothy Francis, a 49 year old white male last seen wearing a black vest blue jeans and white sneakers. He is missing most of his teeth, has a mustache and thinning mullet-style hair.

He has a medical history of three strokes, and has a cognitive disability and difficulty speaking. He has not taken his blood pressure or diabetes medication in over 24 hours.

He was last seen on foot and has no money and no phone. He is not dressed for cold weather. Additionally, the night before he left, his wife had requested a divorce. His direction of travel is unknown, and the alert has been issued for western Montana and North Idaho.
