Court dispositions

Dakota L. Tyler, born 1992, charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance September 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Lyle W. Leen, born 1960, charged with DUI, second offense December 2 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $557.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Joe D. Johnson, born 1956, charged with excessive DUI December 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 70 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $557.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Summer J. Bennett, charged with DUI, second offense December 18 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 160 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $557.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Robert Glen Wolf, born 1984, charged with failure to give immediate notice of accident January 15 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended with credit for four days served, six days sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $102.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with failure to notify after striking fixtures on a highway, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, $250 fine and two years probation.

 

Zachary Edward Dodge, born 1990, charged with DUI January 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Robert D. Whenhan, born 1948, charged with operating without a trip permit February 6 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $140.50 court costs.

10:23 a.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported at Alpine Cleaners.
