Joshua Casey Mutter, born 1992, charged with drivers license violation January 25  by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail.

 

Brent William Wenzel, born 1970, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance June 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, suspended, 60 days in jail, $1,500 fine, $765.50 court costs, and $100 restitution.

 

Frances Sueann Kuehn, born 1978, charged with forgery, a felony, June 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, six years indeterminate, suspended, jurisdiction retained, $625.50 court costs.

 

Tamara L. Sternberg, born 1964, charged with felony DUI July 2 by the Idaho State Police, amended to misdemeanor DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 135 days suspended, 180-day drivers license suspension, $807.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

Friederich, born 1961, charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance August 18 by the Bonners  Ferry Police Department, amended to possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, $12.50 fine, $212.50 court costs. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, $50 fine and two years probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail 26 days suspended, $50 fine and two years probation.

 

Casey Joshua Mutter, born 1992, charged with burglary, a felony, September 3 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, suspended, jurisdiction retained.

 

Kevin Lee James, born 1982, charged with DUI, second offense, November 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $557.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Patricia M. Preston, born 1956, charged with drivers license violation November 24 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Brad L. Bluemer, born 1951, charged with trespassing on cultivated land in violation of warning signs November 26 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $145 fine, $155 court costs and one year probation.

 

Garrett A. Morris, born 1992, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance December 8 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Natalie R. Gonzalez, born 1996, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor December 17 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 180-day drivers license suspension, $122.50 fine and $177.50 court costs.

 

Jason R. Johnson, born 1982, charged with drivers license violation January 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $139.50 court costs.

 

Bradly S. Cooper, born 1992, charged with failure to provide proof of insurance January 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tyler S. Roberts, born 1991, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance January 29 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Jonathan B. Unruh, born 1996, charged with malicious injury to property September 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended, $70 court costs and one year probation.

 

Leah A. Peycke, born 1995, charged with grand theft November 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 179 days suspended, $130 court costs and two years probation.
