Court dispositions

 

Janet M. WeWee, born 1951, charged with DUI, second offense, September 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 120 days in jail, 72 suspended and credit for 48 days served, $567.50 fine, $207.50 court costs, one year drivers license suspension and two years probation.

 

Brent Allen Frederickson, born 1989, charged with leaving the scene of a damage accident December 10 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to failure to notify upon striking fixtures on a highway. Pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Thomas M. Johnsen, born 1981, charged with trespassing on cultivated land in violation of warning signs November 22 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $55 and $145 court costs.

 

Charles L. Good, born 1966, charged with exceeding allowable gross load January 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $269 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Mark A. Singleton, born 1962, charged with exceeding allowable gross load January 4 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $120.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Samantha E. Stuurmans, born 1992, charged with driving without privileges January 20 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amend to drivers license violation. Pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and fined $75 and $51.50 court costs.

10:27 a.m.: A theft was reported at 552 Sandy Ridge Road.

10:37 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at 294 Meadow Creek Road.

1:29 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 6668 Nez Perce Street.

 

January 31

9:26 a.m.: A warrant arrest was made at 1101 Green Pasture Road on a charge of failure to appear.

5:23 p.m.: Phone harassment was reported at 500502 Highway 95.

 

February 1

8:11 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at the Idaho Forest Group Mill in Moyie Springs.

12:10 p.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported at Highland Flats and Mountain Meadows Road.

 

February 2

4:37 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported at the corner of Cody and Monroe Streets.

5:01 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported at 220 Silhouette Lane.

5:33 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity at the fairgrounds resulted in an arrest for possession of a controlled substance.

6:24 p.m.: Fraud was reported at 494699 Highway 95.

 

February 3

8:49 a.m.: A student reportedly ran away from Rocky Mountain Academy.

10:38 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Deep Creek Loop.

1:23 p.m.: Fraud was reported at Zip Trip.

4:37 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Cow Creek Road.

6:45 p.m.: An assault was reported at Safeway.

 

February 4

3:15 a.m.: A traffic stop in the parking lot at the Kootenai River Inn resulted in an arrest for DUI.

5:49 p.m.: A fugitive was arrested at Eastport Customs.

6:19 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Deep Creek Loop.

7:42 p.m.: A person at 6711 Purcell Street reported that fireworks had been set off in the area.

8:24 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 6429 Cow Creek Road.

 

February 5

10:25 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 at Silhouette Lane.

5:48 p.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen in Naples.

6:39 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 76 Colonial Lane.

9:38 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 65640 Highway 2.

9:58 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 near milepost 79.

 

February 6

7:33 a.m.: A suspicious activity report outside Well Life Pharmacy resulted in an arrest for driving without privileges.

8:51 a.m.: Harassment was reported at 500502 Highway 95.

9:28 a.m.: A burglary was reported at 167 Tractor Drive.

10:49 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at the Boundary County Jail.

12:43 p.m.: A theft was reported at Safeway.

6:01 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 at Madison Street.
