Jonathan Ryan Lakin, 34, Kettle Falls, Washington, and Jennifer LeAnn Hamilton, 32, Moyie Springs, divorced January 13.

 

Court Dispositions

Benjamin Arthur Church, born 1985, charged with driving without privileges February 23, 2009, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 75 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $399.50 fine, $100.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Tye L. Bergstrand, born 1979, charged with DUI, second offense October 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $507.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Tina I. Hoover, born 1963, charged with DUI November 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, credited with one day served, remaining day converted to eight hour in the sheriffs inmate labor program, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jonathan L. George, born 1982, charged with domestic battery November 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Michael W. Bjoraker, born 1979, charged with reckless driving November 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $2 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tamara K. Patterson, born 1967, charged with DUI November 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Joseph R. Peltier, born 1950, charged with exceeding allowable gross load December 27 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $228 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Nick E. Parsel, born 1958, charged with failure to maintain log book January 2 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Gordon J. Hill, born 1947, charged with hazardous materials package not secured in vehicle January 9 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Dariusz A. Michalski, born 1972, charged with lewd conduct with a child under age 16 March 8 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to felony injury to a child, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, eight years indeterminate, prison suspended, 365 days in jail with credit for 300 days served, $374.50 fine, $225.50 court costs, and five years probation.

 

Gary A. Aitken, born 1958, charged with felony DUI April 6 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, credited with 274 days served, prison suspended, two years drivers license suspension and five years probation.

 

Michael A. Morgan, born 1960, charged with DUI July 27 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $507.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Jennifer J. Watts, born 1971, charged with three counts of grand theft March 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, $130,000 restitution, $199.50 fine and $100.50 court costs on counts one and two, $174.50 fine and $125.50 court costs on count three.
