Court Dispositions

Martha B. Dirks, born 1949, charged with drivers license violation April 27, 2010, by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to five days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Timothy R. Jantz, born 1963, charged with DUI October 7, 2010, by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 130 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $417.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with failure to give immediate notice of accident, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, $500 fine and two years probation.

 

Dennis L. Liermann Sr., born 1954, charged with DUI June 16 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Eric E. Vanderveen, born 1974, charged with log book violation June 30 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Leah Ferrell Aitken, born 1990, charged with possession of paraphernalia June 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, $60 fine and $177.50 court costs.

 

Cherie E. Herzog, born 1956, charged with DUI October 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Marvin White, born 1968, charged with possession of paraphernalia September 30 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $189.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Rose M. Abraham, born 1989, charged with drivers license violation October 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $358.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Rodney J. Ingrum, born 1954, charged with trespassing on cultivated lands in violation of warning signs October 19 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to a 365-day hunting license suspension, $205 fine and $145 court costs.

 

Daniel G. Gondek, born 1991, charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass October 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 45 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Rebecca M. David, born 1965, charged with driving without privileges November 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to invalid drivers license, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $152.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Kevin R. Neitzling, born 1956, charged with exceeding allowable gross load November 21 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $81 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Renae A. Cooper, born 1978, charged with pedestrian under the influence December 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $52.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Lydia K. Anderson, born 1993, charged with felony burglary August 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 141 days suspended, and $70 court costs. Charged with felony burglary July 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, suspended.

4:25 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 552 Sandy Ridge Road.

4:36 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 3213 District Two Road.

8:10 p.m.: A traffic stop on U.S. 95 at Denver Street resulted in an arrest for excessive DUI.

9:06 p.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported on Foxglove Road.

 

December 12

6:34 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 520.

8:39 a.m.: A burglary was reported at 1296 Blume Hill Road.

12:07 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Oak Street.

3:16 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 6537 Van Buren Street.

5:38 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Cow Creek Road.

10:43 p.m.: A traffic stop in the Zip Trip parking lot resulted in an arrest for DUI.

11:08 p.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported at 204 Elk Road.

10:38 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 500.

12:02 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 at the Pizza Factory.

12:15 p.m.: A reported vehicle theft at Porthill resulted in an arrest for possession of stolen property.

3:30 p.m.: A fire was reported on Herman Lake Road.

6:17 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 500.

6:43 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported at 1025 Pioneer Road.

 

December 14

10:59 a.m.: Fraud was reported at 412 Sandy Ridge Road.

4:41 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 near milepost 69.

6:35 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 38 Mango Lane.

6:48 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at the intersection of McArthur Lake and Doe Roads.

8:32 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported at 3633 Farm to Market Road.

 

December 15

6:32 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on McArthur Lake Road.

9:44 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Bonner Street.

11:51 a.m.: A suspicious activity call was made at 520 Day Break Road. The caller reported someone on her roof, 12 or more men dressed in camouflage on her property, some in trees with binoculars, and at least one in the house. The camoflage must have been excellent, as deputies responding to the home found no trace of anyone.

5:15 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 near milepost 66.

 

December 16

2:49 a.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at the Kootenai River Inn.

6:24 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 at milepost 495.

10:49 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Roosevelt Road near North Idaho Energy Logs.

 

December 17

7:36 a.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported at 36 Cherry Lane.

11:38 a.m.: An unlawful entry was reported at a residence near Dawson Lake.

12:47 p.m.: A trespasser was reported at 30 Pear Street.

8:55 p.m.: A traffic stop on Highway 2 near milepost 77 resulted in an arrest for DUI.
