Kathy Elaine Rice, born 967, charged with DUI September 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 90 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $807.50 fine, $250 suspended, $217.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

Ryan T. Brown, born 1977, charged with operating without a trip permit September 25 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $139.50 court costs. Charged with failure to maintain log book, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Stanley J. Locket, born 1978, charged with operating without a log book November 4 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

John C. Frye, born 1969, charged with violating terms of a special trip permit September 8 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Richard G. Harbison, born 1972, charged with unlawfully taking game October 10 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $200 and $145 court costs.
