Court Dispositions

 

William J. Runyan, born 1988, charged with invalid drivers license October 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $52.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Alexandru N. Ionita, born 1988, charged with failure to wear a seatbelt in a commercial vehicle October 9 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Darin A. Leinhert, born 1965, charged with exceeding allowable gross load October 18 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $228 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Christopher E. Mallott, born 1958, charged with violating terms of a special trip permit September 8 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $140.50 court costs.
