Marriages

Shane Ryan Rucker, 28, and Jennifer Jo Ingrum, 28, both of Bonners Ferry, married October 26 in Bonners Ferry by clergyman Robert R. Lockman.

 

Court Dispositions

Ralph H. Menkel, born 1946, charged with operating without a 120-hour trip permit July 25 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $174.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Steven A. Pierce, born 1962, charged with reckless driving October 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jessica N. Poirer, born 1992, charged with driving without privileges October 2 by the Idaho State Police, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

James A. Adair, born 1948, charged with violating terms of a special trip permit October 25 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Roy T. Scott, born 1956, charged with violating terms of a special trip permit October 25 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Laura A. Clarke, born 1984, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance October 28 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Michael Dean Stephens, born 1950, charged with unlawfully taking a game animal October 15 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, one year hunting license suspension, $145 fine, $155 court costs and one year probation. Charged with transferring a game tag or permit, pled guilty and fined $150.

 

Frederick B. Frenzel, born 1967, charged with providing false information to law enforcement officers November 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 70 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to a $150 fine, 90 days in jail, 70 days suspended, and one year probation.
