Dwayne C. Washburn, born 1973, charged with driving without privileges March 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 143 days in jail. Charged with driving without privileges May 23 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 143 days in jail. Charged with unlawfully transporting an open container of alcohol, pled guilty and sentenced to one day in jail.

 

Amanda E. Loros, born 1990, charged with DUI June 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, credit given for one day served, eight hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of one day jail, $290 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Darrell W. Voegele, born 1974, charged with invalid drivers license July 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail unless he produces a valid drivers license not later than December 15, $162.50 fine and $137.50 court costs.

 

Shiela L. Hubble, born 1971, charged with DUI August 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $490 fine, $192.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Lori D. Therrian, born 1964, charged with failure to maintain liability insurance August 14 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 120 days suspended, $15 fine, $137.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Dillon M.R. Schnittlinger, born 1992, charged with driving without privileges August 12 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to invalid drivers license, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail unless he produces a valid drivers license not later than November 19, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jeffrey L. Yocom, born 1989, charged with driving without privileges August 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to invalid drivers license, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, five days suspended unless he produces a valid drivers license not later than November 15, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Heather M. Stevens, born 1989, charged with DUI September 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with failure to maintain liability insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

Barbara E. Sanders, born 1950, charged with false logbook September 1 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $139.50 court costs. Charged with operating without a trip permit, pled guilty and fined $224.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Robert A. Lemon, born 1972, charged with violating terms of a special trip permit September 22 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Daniel G. Gondek, born 1991, charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass October 11, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to five months, 10 days in jail.

 

Curtis M. Tucker, born 1991, charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass October 11, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to four months, 10 days in jail.

 

Jason W. Vandenberg, born 1981, charged with failure to wear a seatbelt in a commercial vehicle September 27 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

James J. Sanborn, born 1993, charged with resisting/obstructing peace officers June 25, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 85 days suspended and two years, 11 months and 17 days probation.
