Court dispositions

 

Stephanie B. Richards, born 1988, charged with DUI July 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Tyler D. Phillips, born 1987, charged with DUI July 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs, and one year probation.

 

Darrel S.L. Tippen, born 1988, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance September 11 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Susan Olson, born 1963, charged with unlawfully passing a school bus September 26 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $100 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Ramiro Villanueva, born 1965, charged with DUI October 15 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and one year probation.
