Fair board seeking

The Boundary County Fair Board is seeking
letters of interest from community members
interested in serving to fill a vacancy.
Those letters should be submitted by October 27
to allow review at the November 7 fair board
meeting.
The fair board is responsible for putting
together the annual Boundary County Fair and for
maintaining all the fairgrounds facilities,
which see use throughout the year.
Those interested should be able to commit to
attend the board's month meetings, held on the
first Monday of each month, though when
interrupted by holidays, those meetings may be
moved to the next Monday. In addition, those
interested can expect to put in some often-times
dirty work to complete work at the fair grounds,
as well as be available to pitch in as we gear
up and go through fair week.
