Frankie J. Derry, born 1976, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver July 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to attempted delivery of a controlled substance, a felony; pled guilty and sentenced to 12 months in prison, determinate, 30 months, indeterminate, and $415.50 court costs.

 

Cheletha R. Vickers, born 1991, charged with driving without privileges July 29 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to invalid drivers license, pled guilty and sentenced to five days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Mary Jane Crank, born 1967, charged with driving without privileges August 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended and a $300 fine.

 

Garrie L. Hurlbert, born 1943, charged with operating without a trip permit September 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Travis Dale Dyck, born 1985, charged with failure to stop at a check station September 8 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $118.50 and $140.50 court costs.
