Robin Ann Eby, born 1967, charged with petit theft January 19, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, $212.50 fine and $87.50 court costs.

 

Donovan Eli Crum, born 1986, charged with possession of paraphernalia April 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs, $100 restitution and one year probation.

 

Dail L. Bell, born 1978, charged with driving without privileges June 15 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, $147.50 fine and $152.50 court costs.

 

Diane M. Parsons, born 1954, charged with DUI June 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Curtis Gunnells, born 1936, charged with DUI June 23 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 86 days suspended, 32 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $557.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Gary A. Riekena, born 1967, charged with DUI July 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Destiny N. Jackson, born 1988, charged with battery July 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld. Charged with malicious injury to property, ordered to pay $1,036 restitution, judgment withheld.

 

Tony A. Shope Jr., born 1991, charged with reckless driving July 29 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $49.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Haley M. Cromwell, born 1995, charged with minor in possession of alcohol August 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90-day drivers license suspension, $622.50 fine, $600 suspended, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Kenneth N. Jones, born 1978, charged with driving without privileges August 10 by the  Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Lisa R. Milodragovich, born 1969, charged with failure to provide proof of insurance July 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Barry L. Davis, born 1966, charged with Fish and Game rules violation August 20 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $55 and $145 court costs.

 

Kyle James Cox, born 1987, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer September 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 days suspended, $226.50 fine, $123.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Randy R. Hemmah, born 1951, charged with operating with undeployed suspension axle August 29 at the Port of Entry, pled guilty and fined $150 and $3 court costs. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, pled guilty and fined $979 and $137.50 court costs. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, count two and fined $10.

 

Thomas J. Murray, born 1954, charged with unlawfully taking a game animal September 10 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Donald G. Magee, born 1994, charged with malicious injury to property May 21, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, admitted true, sentenced to one year probation.

 

Bailey Calderone, born 1998, charged with petit theft May 21 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, found guilty and sentenced to 90 days detention, 70 days suspended, and one year probation.

2:50 p.m.: A burglary was reported at Rivers Trailer Park.

4:07 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 1553 Eileen Road.

4:49 p.m.: A warrant arrest was made at 147 Sandy Ridge Road on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

7:38 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 at Bent Twig Lane.

1:29 a.m.: A traffic stop on U.S. 95 at CarQuest resulted in an arrest for driving without privileges.

9:05 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at 357 Laurel Lane.

5:28 p.m.: A theft was reported at 195 North Division Street.

6:51 p.m.: A traffic stop at the intersection of Oak and Ash Streets resulted in an arrest for possession of marijuana.
