Holcombe, born 1992, charged with sexual abuse of a child under 16 years of age, a felony, December 3, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 12 years in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, suspended, jurisdiction retained, and $1,025.50 court costs.

 

Caleb U. Perez, born 1992, charged with burglary, a felony, May 13 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, six years indeterminate, $525.50 court costs, $4,160.74 restitution and five years probation. Charged with malicious injury to property, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, $62.50 fine, $137.50 court costs, $4,160.74 restitution and two years probation.

 

Janet M. Wewee, born 1951, charged with DUI June 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

William L. Roland, born 1954, charged with DUI July 23 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, second offense, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 159 suspended, one year drivers license suspension, $557.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Lewis C. Read Jr., born 1978, charged with failure to wear a seatbelt in a commercial vehicle August 2 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.
