Natalie J. Erickson, born 1981, charged with domestic violence without traumatic injury August 14 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Karen J. Tucker, born 1956, charged with excessive DUI July 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Lydia K. Anderson, born 1993, charged with battery June 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true, sentenced to 30 days detention.

 

Myles Edward Clark Meador, born 1982, charged with invalid drivers license July 9, 2010, by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, $362.50 fine and $137.50 court costs. Charged with drivers license violation September 15, 2010,  by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, $362.50 fine and $137.50 court costs.

 

Nicholas Ryan Young, born 1993, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to a 365 day drivers license suspension, $132.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Parveen Gopal, born 1974, charged with log book 14-hour rule violation July 22 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Stephen J. Fisher, born 1978, charged with DUI August 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Mark N. Klock, born 1947, charged with operating without a trip permit August 21 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Eugene P. Tashoff, born 1960, charged with two counts of exceeding allowable gross load August 16 at the Port of Entry, pled guilty and fined $882 and $137.50 court costs.
