Alan Lee Branson, born 1966, charged with DUI March 31 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Harry E. Tomm, born 1961, charged with trespassing May 6 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 days suspended, $352.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Donald R. Berry Jr., born 1958, charged with DUI May 11 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $807.50 fine, $500 suspended, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Bradley D. Buerge, born 1953, charged with excessive DUI May 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, second offense, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 90 days suspended, 365 day drivers license suspension, $807.50 fine, $500 suspended, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Bradley D. Goodrich, born 1967, charged with operating without a trip permit May 30 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Louise Y. Betz, born 1960, charged with log book violation July 21 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Joshua L. Amoth, born 1995, charged with inattentive driving July 24 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to five days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tracy Lynn Eby, born 1990, charged with invalid drivers license August 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Robert George Oxford, born 1991, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor August 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $622.50, $600 suspended, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Karam S. Bhullar, born 1951, charged with 14 hour rule book violation July 29 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs. Charged wioth 11 hour rule book violation, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Joshua Casey Mutter, born 1992, charged with drivers license violation August 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Boota Singh Dhaliwal, born 1965, charged with commercial operator in possession of alcohol July 28 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $137.50 court costs. Charged with false log book, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $137.50 court costs. Charged with 11 hour rule book violation, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $137.50 court costs. 10:26 a.m.: A warrant arrest was made at 6143 Louisiana Street on a charge of theft.

5:58 p.m.: A burglary was reported at the Bonners Ferry Apartments.

 

August 16

7:58 a.m.: Fraud was reported at 66585 Highway 2.

10:16 a.m.: Fraud was reported at Akins Harvest Foods.

6:44 p.m.: A traffic stop on U.S. 95 in front of Chic n’Chop Restaurant resulted in an arrest for failure to appear.

7:42 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported in the Kootenai River Inn parking lot.

9:22 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at 1564 Blue Sky Road.
