Krejci, born 1986, charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance October 19, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, pled guilty and sentenced to two to four years in prison, suspended, 60 days in jail, $500 fine, $765.50 court costs, $300 restitution and four years probation.

 

Bud A. Cantwell, born 1971, charged with drivers license violation June 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $202.50 fine, $149.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Kamille L. Hariman, born 1982, charged with driving with an invalid license June 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine and $147.50 court costs. Charged with DUI, second offense, July 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 360 days in jail, 330 days suspended, 80 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of 10 days in jail, $417.50 fine, 182.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Jeffrey S. Nally, born 1964, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance July 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs. Charged with driving with an invalid drivers license, sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $200 fine and two years probation. Charged with providing false information to an officer, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 37 days suspended, $200 fine and two years probation.

 

Clarence G. Maher, born 1945, charged with DUI July 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 24 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in  lieu of jail, 90 drivers license suspension, $317.50 fine, $182.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Andrew C. Gilbertson, born 1992, charged with driving without privileges July 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 27 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.
