Daniel P. Cannon-Alexander, born 1992, charged with driving without privileges May 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 days suspended, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tanner L. Blevins, born 1987, charged with driving without privileges May 8 by the Idaho State Police, amended to drivers license violation. Pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Levi J. Spain, born 1984, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance July 5 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Lonnie D. Randolph, born 1967, charged with exceeding allowable gross load July 5 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $322 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Renata Dawn Herrera, born 1959, charged with failure to maintain liability insurance July 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Michael E. Hutton, born 1962, charged with operating without a trip permit July 11 at the Port of Entry, pled guilty and fined $122.50 fine and $140.40 court costs.

 

Gregory T. Olsen, born 1986, charged with exceeding allowable gross load July 20 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $416 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Jonathan H. Derijk, born 1983, charged with exceeding allowable gross load July 20 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Richard F. Becvar, born 1950, charged with operating without a trip permit July 21 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $140.40 court costs.

 

Donald G. Magee, born 1994, charged with malicious injury to property June 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 60 days suspended, $70 court costs and two years probation. Charged with violating a protective order, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended, and two years probation.
