Slominski, born 1983, charged with DUI April 18 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $557.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Glen S. Charland, born 1963, charged with driving without privileges May 8 by the Idaho State Police, amended to drivers license violation. Pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $149.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Lori D. Therrian, born 1964, charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass May 8 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, $12.50 fine, $137.50 court costs and $100 restitution.

 

Nathan L. Smith, born 1990, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, pled guilty and sentenced to a 120 day drivers license suspension, $82.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Dustin R. Smith, born 1990, charged with invalid drivers license May 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to five days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Lindsi Quane, born 1945, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance June 25 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Tami C. Payne, born 1971, charged with failure to carry drivers license on her person July 1 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $13.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Dillon M.R. Schnittlinger, born 1992, charged with reckless driving July 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving. Pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, 24 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.
