Divorces

Patrick Thomas Turley, 66, and Nancy Jane Turley, 66, both of Bonners Ferry, marriage dissolved June 20 due to irreconcilable differences.

 

Court Records

Dain L. Bell, 32, charged with driving without privileges February 19 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Justin D. Ayon, 17, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 180 day drivers license suspensioni, $332.50 fine, and $167.50 court costs.

 

Kelly S. Sewell, 42, charged with operating with an undeployed suspension axle May 2 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Brandon C. Jarvis, 15, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 28 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $32.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Kevin S. Macrae, 26, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance June 9 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Michael L. Mitchell, 53, charged with commercial drivers license violation for possession, use of alcohol June 11 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Louis Blaylock, 63, charged with exceeding allowable gross load June 6 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $497 and $137.50 court costs.

12:01 p.m.: Harassment was reported at the Paradise Valley solid waste facility.

11:20 p.m.: Phone harassment was reported at 198 Calvary Drive.

12:11 a.m.: A theft was reported at Safeway.

2:33 a.m.: A traffic stop at the Kootenai River Inn resulted in an arrest for DUI.

11:39 a.m.: A burglary was reported in the Rock Creek area.

1:22 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 501.

1:40 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported in the Sheriff’s Office lobby.

11:13 p.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported at 29 Solomon Lake Road.

6:10 a.m.: A fire was reported at 1201 Paradise Valley Road.

4:31 p.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported at 130 Morning Glory Road.

10:45 p.m.: A domestic dispute was reported at 500 Curley Creek Road.

 

June 23

8:10 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at 177 Cottonwood Road.

10:31 a.m.: A traffic complaint made at the Conoco Station in Samuels resulted in an arrest for DUI in Boundary County.

1:13 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 1 near milepost 10.

1:55 p.m.: Harassment was reported at 6784 VanBuren Street.

 

June 24

10:37 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 at Kootenai Street.

12:40 p.m.: A caller reported being threatened on Westwood Road.

1:44 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at the Kootenai River Inn.

2:15 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at the Welco Mill.

2:35 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 at Oxford Loop.

3:33 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at Monroe and Cody Streets.

2:25 p.m.: A report of drugs at Porthill Customs resulted in an arrest for possession of marijuana.

 

June 26
