Marvin T. Carpenter, 58, charged with DUI February 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 50 days suspended, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs, 90 day drivers license suspension and two years probation. Charged with domestic violence/violation of a protection order March 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Tyler L. Tompkins, 22, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance April 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld. Charged with drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $200. Charged with failure to provide proof of liability insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Christopher A. Simon, 20, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Shane Patrick Marble, 29, charged with invalid drivers license May 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail, $62.50 fine and $137.50 court costs. Charged with failure to maintain liability insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, and a $200 fine.

 

Stephen Wayne Barnett, 38, charged with invalid drivers license May 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Turk Patrick Bright, 43, charged with driving without privileges May 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, $97.50 fine, $152.50 court costs and 180 day drivers license suspension.

 

Jodie J. Stafford, 38, charged with driving without privileges May 29 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs, 180 day drivers license suspension and two years probation.

 

Camden E. Heckert, 29, charged with driving without privileges June 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $587.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Turk Patrick Bright, 43, charged with driving without privileges June 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $97.50 fine and $152.50 court costs.

2:34 p.m.: A complaint of phone harassment at 210 Fawn Lane resulted in an arrest for violation of a civil protection order.
