Kenneth L. Vergin, 48, charged with excessive DUI April 14, 2010, by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 120 days in jail, 365 day drivers license suspension, $867.50 fine, $1,300 bond forfeiture and $132.50 court costs.

 

John David Aspitarte, 27, charged with excessive DUI, second offense, a felony, October 22, 2010, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to felony DUI. Pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, two years in prison, indeterminate, prison suspended 60 days in jail, $750 fine, $810.50 court costs, one year drivers license suspension and three years probation.

 

Nicholas J. Sutherland, 25, charged with failure to maintain liability insurance April 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Jacob D. Pass, 20, charged with minor in possession of alcohol May 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90-day drivers license suspension, $132.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Tina M. Bowers, 42, charged with possession of paraphernalia May 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Travis M. Dare, 34, charged with possession of paraphernalia May 7 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $189.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Patrick Allen Geaudreau, 22, charged with possession of paraphernalia May 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Michael R. Hittle, 40, charged with violating conditions of a special trip permit May 14 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Delbert W. Madsen, 47, charged with operating without a trip permit May 30 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $140.50 court costs.
