Crystal L. Aitken, 28, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance October 1, 2010, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two to four years in prison, suspended, five days in jail, $1,000 fine, $555.50 court costs, $200 restitution and three years probation.

 

Joshua Paul Moore, 28, charged with felony excessive DUI October 28, 2010, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two to four years in prison, suspended, jurisdiction retained, $750 fine, $710.50 court costs, $100 restitution and a one year drivers license suspension.

 

Jeanie K. Johnson, 49, charged with felony DUI November 6, 2010, by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI, second offense, a misdemeanor. Pled guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 305 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $182.50 court costs, one year drivers license suspension and two years probation.

 

Jeffery Neal Brainard, 49, charged with operating without a trip permit February 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Sheila D. Horton, 50, charged with DUI February 19 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Joseph A. Manley, 26, charged with driving without privileges March 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 27 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with failure to maintain liability insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 29 days suspended, $200 fine and one year probation.

 

Jose A. Huerta, 53, charged with DUI, second offense, March 12 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to inattentive driving. Pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs, $100 restitution and one year probation.

 

Adrian E. Reader, 15, charged with use of a controlled substance March 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 88 days suspended, $70 court costs and one year probation.

 

Zackree R. Lockman, 17, charged with petit theft March 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 85 days suspended, and two years probation. Charged with malicious injury to property, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended, and two years probation.

 

Gary W. Blackwell, 53, charged with DUI January 27 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs, $2,310 restitution and two years probation.

Chubb, 47, charged with DUI February 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 58 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs, $250 restitution, 90 day drivers license suspension and one year probation.

Pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, 8 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Francine A. Wuori, 54, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance April 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Cody R. Lockman, 13, charged with petit theft March 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 88 days suspended, $70 court costs and one year probation.
