John Joseph Stafford, 46, charged with driving without privileges March 11 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 87 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $587.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Stacy S. Hudson, 33, charged with possession of paraphernalia March 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Levi G. Falck, 35, charged with dealer failing to give notice of sale or transfer of vehicle March 25 at the port of entry, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $252.50 fine and $147.50 court costs.

 

Jorge A. Montalvo Guidos, 50, charged with failure to wear a seatbelt while operating a commercial vehicle March 29 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Ben R. Broyles, 57, charged with violating county road load restrictions April 6 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and fined $162.50 and $137.50 court costs.
