Dale Allen Kuehn, 31, charged with driving without privileges, second offense, December 24 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 300 days suspended, 365 day drivers license suspension, $837.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Donna E. Champagne, 51, charged with aggravated assault, a felony, February 24 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to misdemeanor battery. Pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 45 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Rachel N. Gravelle, 15, charged with possession of tobacco by a minor March 1 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to four days in jail, suspended, $52.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Colton R. Hampton, 17, charged with reckless driving March 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to ten days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Harjinder Singh, 43, charged with motor carrier log book violations March 8 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Andrew J. Barcklay, 24, charged with DUI March 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 12 days suspended, 90-day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Robert D. Norman, 29, charged with failure to maintain log books March 30 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

John A. Roy, 77, charged with failure to stop for a damage accident April 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving. Pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $52.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Klaas Peters, 44, charged with motor carrier log book violations March 24 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Gary M. Mueller, 69, charged with operating without a trip permit March 30 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $137.50 court costs.
