Charged with driving without privileges, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Joan Marie Cooper, 48, charged with felony DUI October 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, 89 days in jail, $1,000 fine, $970.50 court costs and five years probation.

 

Donald R. McAllister Jr., 23, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance January 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, suspended, $1,000 fine, $1025.50 court costs, $100 restitution, jurisdiction retained.

 

Kimberly R. Casey, 44, charged with excessive DUI February 4 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty, judgment withheld. Charged with drivers license violation, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Robert Martin Fancher, 42, charged with DUI February 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 days suspended, credit for one day served and eight hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of one day, $500 fine, $182.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Daniel J. Birsette, 20, charged with DUI, second offense, March 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 360 days in jail, 320 days suspended, $807.50 fine, $217.50 court costs365-day drivers license suspension and two years probation.

 

John D. Williamson, 29, charged with invalid drivers license March 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $162.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Kevin J. Young, 41, charged with load restriction violations on county road March 16 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Robert B. McKechnie, 42, charged with log book violation March 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs. Charged with second count log book violation, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Monty R. Ashworth, 74, charged with operating with undeployed suspension axle March 14 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $137.50 court costs. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, pled guilty and was fined $403 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Lydia Anderson, 17, charged with unlawful possession of a prescription drug March 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 88 days suspended, $70 court costs and one year probation.
