Clifton C. Turek, 57, charged with DUI, second offense October 28 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $807.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Ronald M. Cushman, 60, charged with DUI, second offense January 11 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $807.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail, suspended, $200 fine and two years probation.

 

Michael E. Yellow, 44, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance March 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail. Charged with drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

 

Daniel G. Gondek, 19, charged with trespass March 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 20 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Ashton C. Hauck, 19, charged with possession of paraphernalia March 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, $122.50 fine and $177.50 court costs.

 

Kris E. Dietrich, 36, charged with operating a commercial vehicle with undeployed suspension axle March 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $140.50 court costs.

4:44 p.m.: A burglary was reported on Roosevelt Road.

9:48 p.m.: A traffic stop on U.S. 95 near milepost 510 resulted in an arrest for DUI.
