Donald E. Miller, 62, charged with littering the roadway Feb. 11 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $33.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Anthony J. Thompson, 42, charged with driving without privileges March 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to four days in jail, $347.50 fine, $152.50 court costs and 180 day drivers license suspension.

 

Robert C. Mohler Jr., 31, charged with driving without privileges March 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs, 180-day drivers license suspension and one year probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $52.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Brandon C. Schmitz, 18, charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance Nov. 17, 2010, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 86 days suspended, four days sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of detention, $70 court costs and one year probation.

 

James D. Bradshaw, 17, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Nov. 9 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 80 days suspended, $70 court costs and one year probation.

6:44 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity in the Panhandle Laundry parking lot resulted in an arrest for driving without privileges.

6:56 p.m.: A Pioneer Rd. resident reported receiving threats.

8:25 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at an Eisenhower St. residence.

11:17 a.m.: A theft was reported at an Old Highway 2 Loop residence.

11:50 a.m.: A trespasser was reported on Bench Rd.

4:43 p.m.: Fraud was reported on Lone Pony Lane.

5:56 p.m.; An ambulance was requested at a Fourth St. residence.

 

March 11

8:56 a.m.: A report of child abuse at a Juniper Rd. residence resulted in an arrest for lewd conduct with a child under 16.

1:03 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at an Eisenhower St. residence.

2:58 p.m.: A report of a no-contact order violation at Mugsy’s resulted in an arrest for assault.

11:26 p.m.: A noise complaint was made on Apple Alley.

 

March 12

5:55 p.m.; Drugs were reported at the Kootenai River Inn.

6:22 p.m.; A traffic stop on U.S. 95 and Chinook St. resulted in an arrest for DUI.

 

March 13

8:22 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 505.
