Spence offers same dedication, conviction he displayed
in military and law enforcement

April 29, 2018

To the Editor:

“I solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter.”

The words of that oath were much more than words to Terry Spence. They were his way of life, his personal conviction and beliefs in this Country he so loves and served for 37 years in the military and in law enforcement.

As a candidate for County Commissioner, Terry once again steps forward to offer that same dedication, and conviction to the citizens of this county. The integrity, and honor that Terry brings to the table is only surpassed by his loyalty and devotion to the duties that he is prepared to give in this venture.

Mr. Spence is capable of assuming far greater responsibilities than what has ever been asked of him. He sees this opportunity as a County Commissioner to not only be the voice for the people of this county, but to do so in a manner that brings respect and honor not only to the office he aspires to, but to each person he would represent if elected.

For any citizen of this county to ensure that their voice will be heard, and their rights, including those of our U.S. Constitution, will be protected and honored, they need only to vote for Terry Spence for County Commissioner.

Kenneth D. "Doc" Toline
Vice Commander, American Legion Post 55
Former Bonners Ferry City Councilman
