Enough is Enough! Mayor, City Council, City
Employees of Moyie Springs ...
Having just received my property tax bill I say
enough is enough.
The yearly bill for residing within the city
limits is almost 1/3rd of my county bill!
Enough of the yearly 3% property tax increase,
enough of the 3% yearly pay raises, enough of
the yearly $300 employee bonuses!
Add to this the upcoming ambulance tax and the
school again asking for a $1.4 million dollar a
year levy.
City of Moyie Springs Capital Improvements went
up from $9,327.89 in 2012 to $38,332.52 for
2013!
I'm sure none of this money is going to the
South Division Road or any of the other still
unpaved roads within the 1.5 mile land area that
is within the city limits. So I say enough is
enough!
