Frustrated with Moyie secretary

Its really frustrating that the secretary of the
City of Moyie Springs can order water meters be
removed without any authorization from the city
council.
Again, I'm talking about the single wide trailer
that went in on a private lot behind Terry
Johnson's junkyard on Roosevelt Road. (See "Junkyard
an eyesore.")
The lot owner was unaware of the ordinance
against single wide trailers and after the
trailer was brought in the secretary took it
upon herself not only to have the water meter
removed, but she also called the City of Bonners
Ferry and tried to instruct them not to allow
power to the lot and single wide trailer.
What's going on?
What other decisions is she making without the
knowledge of the city council? Is this an
elected position? The 'dirty deeds' above may
not be the only ones; the citizens may not have
seen all of them yet.
How can she be allowed to continue?
