years probation. Charged with driving without
privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days
in jail, 80 days suspended, $500 fine, $200
restitution and two years probation. Charged
with petit theft July 27 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to
30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $87.50 fine,
$162.50 court costs and two years probation.
Nicole A. Duke, born 1969, charged with invalid
drivers license July 27 by the Idaho State
Police, pled guilty and fined $97.50 and $152.50
court costs.
Jon H. McFee, born 1945, charged with unlawful
entry August 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days
in jail, suspended, $1,000 fine, $900 suspended,

Michael P. Baker, born 1959, charged with DUI,
second offense, September 19 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 360 days in jail, 329 days
suspended, $542.50 fine, $232.50 court costs and
two years probation.
Nathen M. Miller, born 1979, charged with
misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance
September 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days
in jail, 87 days suspended, $97.50 fine, $100
restitution, $202.50 court costs and two years
probation.
Nestor M. Wheeler, born 1953, charged with
operating with un-deployed suspension axle
October 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and
fined $150.
Skyler J. Mellott, born 1998, charged with
felony burglary February 1 by the Boundary
County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and
sentenced to 180 days detention, 147 days
suspended, 30 days home time, $70 court costs
