Judge Justin Julian Jennifer Jo Ingrum-Rucker, born 1983, charged with DUI July 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, $542.50 fine, $200 restitution, $232.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, $500 fine, $200 restitution and two years probation. Charged with petit theft July 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $87.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation. Nestor M. Wheeler, born 1953, charged with operating with un-deployed suspension axle October 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $150. Skyler J.
