Amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 45 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with driving without privileges October 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 45 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Mandy D. Haworth, 35, charged with driving without privileges by the Bonners Ferry Police Department October 29, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, $147.50 fine, $152.50 court costs, and 180 day drivers license suspension. Charged with driving without privileges October 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, $147.50 fine, $152.50 court costs, and 180 day drivers license suspension.

Charged with driving without privileges October 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 45 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Veronica M. Abraham, 22, charged with misdemeanor excessive DUI November 28 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI. Pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 86 days suspended, 32 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $317.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Curtis W. Baruth, 50, charged with possession of paraphernalia December 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Czeslaw Fryzlewicz, 50, charged with failure to wear a seatbelt while operating a commercial vehicle February 26 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

1:56 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported on Brook Lane.

1:51 a.m.: A traffic stop on Kaniksu Street resulted in an arrest for misdemeanor probation violation.

4:31 a.m.: An ambulance was requested for an Amtrak passenger at the Arizona Street railroad crossing.

7:26 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 502.

2:50 p.m.: A Shamrock Road resident reported being harassed.

2:56 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported at a North Division Street residence.

8:27 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 509.

 

March 17

6:34 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at a residence on Ross Road.

1:04 p.m.: A Pioneer Road resident reported receiving threats.

2:18 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at a Second Street Apartment residence.

3:17 p.m.: A report of drugs at the Second Chance Saloon resulted in an arrest for possession of marijuana.

6:50 p.m.: A domestic dispute was reported at a Solomon Street residence.

8:22 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at the Kootenai Valley Motel.

11:05 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at a Monroe Street residence.

 

March 18

5:30 p.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported on Pioneer Road.

8:47 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 at Silver Springs Road.

10:47 a.m.: A family disturbance was reported on Kennedy Street.

1:31 p.m.: A trespasser was reported on Garden Court.

2:08 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at a Lion's Den Road residence.

7:47 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 near milepost 72.

10:09 p.m.: A report of a trespasser on Kennedy Street resulted in an arrest for trespassing.

 

March 19

For the first time in my reporting career, there were no reportable incidents.

 

March 20

2:07 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 512.

8:14 a.m.: A person was reported missing from a Baxter Street residence.

8:31 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at a Chippewa Drive residence.

12:49 p.m.: A vehicle collision reported on Deep Creek Loop resulted in an arrest for excessive DUI.

3:30 p.m.: A train derailment was reported on the BNSF line 18 miles east of Bonners Ferry.

6:40 p.m.: A fire was reported on Walnut Street.

7:04 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 1 near milepost 5.

7:31 p.m.: A fire was reported on Rim Drive.
