sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail,
90 day drivers license suspension, $317.50 fine,
$207.50 court costs and two years probation.
Curtis W. Baruth, 50,
charged with possession of paraphernalia
December 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.
Czeslaw Fryzlewicz, 50,
charged with failure to wear a seatbelt while
operating a commercial vehicle February 26 by
the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined
$43.50 and $137.50 court costs.
