The eighth grade game was a very tough, hard-fought game, wi\th teams moving the ball up and down the field. Timberlake scored in the last four minutes of the game to secure the win 6 to 0.

In the seventh grade game, St Maries came out with two consistent drives and went ahead 13 to 0 in the first quarter. Bonners Ferry held tough, but never found consistency offensively. St Maries added another score in the fourth quarter to make it a 19 to 0 final.

St. Maries answered back before half time with a big fourth down play and a nice catch in the endzone, making the score 13 to 6.

Late in the third quarter Carle Warren made a great interception over the middle and returned it 25 yards for a touchdown.

In the fourth quarter, St. Maries scored on another great catch in the endzone with four minutes left to get within 19 to 12.

On the ensuing kickoff St. Maries recovered the onside kick and was threatening to score when Gabe Hubbard made a great defensive play by batting a pass down on fourth down and long.
