Bedford A. Brown Jr., born 1977,
charged with exceeding allowable gross load
August 15 at the Port of Entry, $400 bond
forfeiture.
Robert E. Lipska, born 1973, charged with
driving without privileges August 23 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $327.50
fine and $172.50 costs.
Blake Thomas Grapensteter, born 1993, charged
with driving without privileges September 19 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to
drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined
$69.50 and $157.50 costs.
Louis D. Maggi, born 1999, charged with driving
without privileges October 5 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers
license violation, pled guilty and fined $69.50
and $157.50 costs.
Dale E. Dreyer, born 1963, charged with DUI
November 16 by the Idaho State Police, pled
guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 84 days
suspended, 48 hours sheriff's inmate labor
program in lieu of six days jail, 90 day drivers
license suspension, $537.50 fine, $212.50 costs
and 364 days probation.

failure to validate game tag November 19 by
Idaho Fish & Game, pled guilty and fined $200
and $165 costs.
Hector Castro Nieto, born 1974, charged with
exceeding allowable gross load November 20 at
the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $1,046
and $157.50 costs. Charged with exceeding
highway load limit, pled guilty and fined $10.
Chance L. Jeppesen, born 1984, charged with
failure to provide proof of insurance November
21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail,
suspended, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and 364
days probation.

possession of wildlife November 21 by Idaho Fish
& Game, pled guilty and fined $200, $475
restitution and $165 costs.

& Game, pled guilty and fined $200, $475
restitution and $165 costs.

Anneli Skilton, born 2001, charged with DUI
under age 21 December 2 by the Bonners Ferry
