Robert E. Lipska, born 1973, charged with
driving without privileges August 23 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $327.50

with driving without privileges September 19 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to

Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers
license violation, pled guilty and fined $69.50

Dale E. Dreyer, born 1963, charged with DUI
November 16 by the Idaho State Police, pled
guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 84 days
suspended, 48 hours sheriff's inmate labor
program in lieu of six days jail, 90 day drivers
