Judge Justin Julian
Christopher D. Wiedemeier, born 1996,
charged with reckless driving January16 by the
Idaho State Police, amended to careless driving,
found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jai, 54
days suspended, credit for 36 days served,
$132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and 11 months, 29
days probation. Charged with invalid license,
found guilty and fined $69.50 and $157.50 costs.
Tara Marie Ramirez, born 1980, charged with
misdemeanor battery October 13 by the Boundary
County Sheriff's Office, amended to disturbing
the peace, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days
in jail, suspended, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs
and 11 months, 29 days probation.
Jason Ralph Eby, born 1975, charged with driving
without privileges October 28 by the Boundary
County Sheriff's Office, amended to driving
without privileges, second offense, pled guilty
and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 70 days
suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension,
$567.50 fine, $182.50 costs and 364 days
probation.
Alex A. O'Connor, born 1990, charged November 19
with resisting or obstructing officers by the
Idaho State Police, found guilty and sentenced
to 25 days in jail with credit for 25 days
served, $142.50 fine and $157.50 costs. Charged
with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, found
guilty and sentenced to 25 days in jail with
credit for 25 days served, $102.50 fine and
$197.50 costs.
Joseph B. Nichols, born 1964, charged with
failing to validate Fish & Game tag November 18
by Idaho Fish & Game, pled guilty and fined
$200and $165 costs.
Kimberly A. Helsper, born 1990, charged with
DUI, excessive, November 24 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, amended to DUI, judgment
withheld.
