Tucker, born 1991, charge with battery on a peace officer April 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, a felony, amended to misdemeanor battery, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, drug treatment program, $232.50 fine, $217.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with resisting arrest, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $200 fine and 364 days probation. Timothy R. Wanner, born 1972, charged with driving without privileges May 14 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 52 days suspended and credited with eight days served, $317.50 fine, $182.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with open container, pled guilty and fined $100. Martin E. Jensen, born 1966, charged with DUI, second offense August 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 160 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $537.50 fine, $262.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with open container, pled guilty and fined $200. Luis C. Miramontes, born 1985, charged with unlawfully taking game October 14 by Idaho Fish and Game, amended to game tag permit violations, pled guilty and charged $75 restitution, $200 fine and $165 costs. Wednesday, November 29 11:51 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 95 at Jackson Street. 3 p.m.: A rescue effort was launched for an injured individual in a remote area on Upper Pack Road.
