Judge Lori T. Meulenberg
Lukes Allen Marble, born 1979, charged with
driving without privileges, third offense, April
7 by the Idaho State Police, amended to driving
without privileges, second offense. Pled guilty
and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 70 days
suspended. 80 hours sheriff's inmate labor
program in lieu of jail, $817.50 fine, $500
suspended, $182.50 costs and two years
probation. Charged with failure to maintain
liability insurance, second offense, amended to
failure to provide proof of insurance, pled
guilty and fined $75 and $56.50 costs.
Judge Justin Julian
Evert T. Kittell, born 1962, charged with
driving without privileges April 8 by the
Boundary County Sheriff's Office, amended to
invalid license, pled guilty and sentenced to 10
days in jail, suspended, $58.60 fine, $167.50
costs and 11 months, 29 days probation. Charged
with failure to maintain liability insurance,
pled guilty and fines $75 and $56.50 costs.
Suzette Davis, born 1959, charged with DUI,
second offense, April 19 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, amended to 6DUI, pled guilty
and sentenced to 80 days in jail, 70 days
suspended, 80 hours sheriffs inmate labor
program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license
suspension, $537.50 fine and $237.50 costs.
Shawn Scott Lockamy, born 1982, charged with
driving without privileges June 17 by the
Boundary County Sheriff's Office, amended to
drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined
$132.50 and $167.50 costs. Charged with DUI,
amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and
sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $200
fine and 364 days probation.
Mark L. Gillaspy Jr., born 1988, charged with
discharging fireworks July 1 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined
$42.50 and $157.50 costs.
