Robert W. Newcomb, born 1961, charged with

Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled not
guilty, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in

inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $317.50
fine, $182.50 costs and 11 months, 29 days
probation.
Erik Ray Krieger, born 1967, charged with
violating a protection order March 6 by the
Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty

Haseeb U. Malik, born 1989, charged with driving

while CDL disqualified June 12 by the Idaho
State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and

Nicole J. Downs, born 1977, charged with
possession of paraphernalia April 5 by the
Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty
and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days
suspended, $92.50 fine, $207.50 costs and 11
months, 29 days probation.
Shane C. Mayfield, born 1972, charged with DUI,
second offense, April 29 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty
and sentenced to 50 days in jail, 40 days
suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension,
$537.50 fine, $212.50 costs and 364 days
probation.
Derek J. Foote, born 1992, charged with DUI May
13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
guilty, judgment withheld.
Scott Dodge, born 1964, charged with trespass
June 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department,
pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24
days suspended, $200 fine, suspended, and 11
months, 29 days probation.

June 27 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and
