Charged with driving without privileges, pled

Judge Justin Julian
Casey L. Brown, born 1999, charged May 12 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department with misdemeanor
possession of a controlled substance, pled
guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days
suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor
program in lieu of jail, $92.50 fine, $209.50
costs and 364 days probation.
James R. Spain, born 1960, charged May 15 by the
Boundary County Sheriff's Office with trespass,
plead guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail,
suspended, $150 fine, suspended, and $150 costs.
Alexander C. Koberstein, born 1996, charged
April 11 by Idaho Fish and Game with trapping
during closed season, pled guilty and fined
$100.
