Michael Meier Boundary County Public Information Officer Graham served as Incident Commander in Boundary County for over 43 years. During that time he had responded to just about every type of incident possible. Graham received several awards during the ceremony, including the State of Idaho Distinguished Service Medal, the highest civilian award the Bureau of Homeland Security Military Division assigns. General Brad Richie, Deputy Chief, Idaho Office of Emergency Management, performed the presentation ceremony with the assistance of Jay Baker, Idaho Office of Emergency Management North Area Field Officer. Graham also received awards from Boundary County and other agencies that have worked withhim over the years. Stories were shared regarding some of his most notable opportunities within the County by his friends and associates through the years, from floods and mudslides to discoveries of explosives to standoffs and so much more. Cake and coffee were served as everyone spoke with Mr. Graham and wished him the best. |
