Flood warning extended as more rain forecast

The National Weather Service has extended its flood warning until noon Saturday as another round of rain is expected Thursday night and into Friday on ground that is too waterlogged to absorb more moisture. It could be extended again, as yet more rain is forecast for Monday. The region is ripe for further landslides as well as for small stream and field flooding.
