Sheriff Dave Kramer has taken a step for officer safety and created the first ever Tactical EMS (TEMS) Paramedic position within the BCSO. This morning Boundary Ambulance Chief Jeff Lindsey was sworn in as a reserve deputy by Sheriff Kramer, beginning a great partnership between the two great agencies. The TEMS Paramedic will be responsible for Advanced Life Support care of Boundary County law enforcement officers in high risk tactical events. Chief Lindsey previously served with the Bonner County Sheriff as a TEMS Paramedic and has received special training for the position. Boundary Ambulance is excited about this new partnership and even more excited about the opportunity to serve alongside our law enforcement community in Boundary County. |
