Kuna man nabbed for child porn |
January 26, 2017 |
Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has announced
investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes
Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested a Kuna man
Wednesday for sexual exploitation of a child.
29-year-old Robert James Pratt is suspected of
possessing child pornography. He was booked into
the Ada County Jail following his arrest.
The ICAC Unit was assisted by the Ada County
Sheriff’s Office and the Ada County Prosecutor’s
Office.
Thanks to the internet, sexual exploitation
isn't a crime central to any single location,
but can affect children anywhere, and anyone
with information regarding the exploitation of
children in Idaho is encouraged to contact local
police, the Attorney General’s Internet Crimes
Against Children Unit at 208-334-4527 or the
National Center for Missing and Exploited
Children at 1-800-843-5678.
The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the
Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal,
state, and local law enforcement agencies, to
investigate and prosecute individuals who use
the internet to criminally exploit children. |
