Brothers both graduate from military training
today |

Bonners Ferry High School graduates and brothers
Alexander Perkins (Class of 2013) and Jacob
Perkins (Class of 2015) will both graduate from
Basic Military Training today, August 14.
Alexander, who is enrolled in the Army ROTC
program at Boise State University as an
Engineering major, and is also enlisted in the
Army National Guard, is graduating from Basic
Training at Fort Benning, Georgia.
His brother Jacob, enrolled at the U.S. Coast
Guard Academy and also an engineering major, is
completing his basic training or “Swab Summer”
at the Academy in New London, Connecticut, and
will start his college career the following week
at the Academy. Both have been in their
respective training programs for the majority of
the summer. |
