U.S. Senator to make three appearances in Boundary County next week |

U.S. Senator from Idaho Mike Crapo will appear
at three separate meetings and events in
Boundary County next week. Senator Crapo has
been scheduling appearances at Town Hall
meetings around the state, and will start off
his Boundary County events with with a Town Hall
meeting at Moyie Springs next Wednesday, October
8. That meeting will be held from 5:00 until
6:00 p.m. at the Idaho Forest Group Mill,
located at 3082 Roosevelt Road in Moyie Springs. The following morning, Thursday, October 9, Senator Crapo will be at Memorial Hall at the Boundary County Fairgrounds, where he will discuss issues and take questions from area residents for an hour, beginning at 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Senator Crapo has indicated his goal with hhis Town Hall meetings around the state is to hear directly from Idahoans on a wide range of federal issues that impact Idaho citizens and local communities. Later that same day on Thursday, Senator Crapo will be in attendance as the keynote speaker at the official dedication of the Kootenai Tribe's new Twin Rivers Fish Hatchery faciliy, located at 1823 Twin Rivers Road in the Moyie Springs area. That event begins at 1:30 p.m., and runs until 3:00 p.m. |
