Kellogg schools closed due to illness |
January 11, 2018 |
Schools in the Kellogg School District are
closed due to widespread illness and
accompanying low attendance numbers. As a
result, Saturday's Wildcat basketball games at
Bonners Ferry have been cancelled. These games will be re-scheduled for a later date. Kellogg Joint School District 391 issued the following statement: "All schools and buildings in the Kellogg School District will be closed and all activities suspended until until Monday, January 15. "The purpose of this closure is to allow staff and students to stay home, get plenty of rest and seek any necessary medical services. The temporary closure will also allow district cleaning staff to conduct a deep cleaning of all facilities. "All schools will re-open on Monday, January 15, (Martin Luther King Day) at their regular times." |
