Jessica M. Young, born 1982, charged with felony
possession of a controlled substance October 9
by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
guilty and sentenced to two years prison,
determinate, two years indeterminate, sentence
commuted, credited for 135 days served, $300
fine, $865.50 costs and two years probation.
Charged with misdemeanor possession of
marijuana, pled guilty and sentenced to 135 days
in jail, credited for 88 days served, and
$157.50 costs.

with trespass August 29 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, amended to disturbing the
peace, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in
